When I began blogging, our wonderful local MP, Mark Field, had this to say; "I must confess I generally find blogs pretty self-indulgent but I was rather taken by your piece on the largely unrequited love in your life. I have a huge amount of time for Mark. He is a very assiduous constituency MP. If ever the electors of the Cities of London and Westminster were daft enough to vote for someone else doubtless Mark could get a job modelling Lewin's shirts!
I am 39 on 30th July but the vacancy remains in the intimacy department ...!
